Tuition Refund Plan


The Raleigh School offers a Tuition Refund Plan through Dewar, Inc. for families of elementary students.

 

Why consider the Tuition Refund Plan?

The Tuition Refund Plan provides substantial insurance protection at a modest cost.

Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition as stated in the TRS enrollment contract. The Raleigh School cannot refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if your child is forced to withdraw during the academic year.

If your child withdraws, the Tuition Refund Plan will pay benefits to the school (subject to the terms of the policy and the amount insured), which provides substantial assistance in meeting your financial obligation.

Every year, thousands of students must withdraw from private schools. Here are some examples of situations resulting in withdrawals:

  • Family move
  • Injury or illness
  • Death of parent or student
  • Disciplinary dismissal
  • Scholastic difficulties
  • Financial problems
  • Mental health conditions
  • Job loss
  • Change of objective

The most amazing thing about this is that my children were in an environment that has fostered a love of learning. Not only is the learning fun but the teachers allow the kids to be kids and use their own creativity. No matter where they go to middle school I believe that TRS has set the foundation of how teachers should treat students and how people treat people.
